Spring Cleanup
$500 - $1500+
This is a price range that can vary depending on the size of your property and the scope of the cleanup work we're going to be doing for you.
Fall Cleanup
$500 - $1500+
This is a price range that can vary depending on the size of your property and the scope of the cleanup work we're going to be doing for you.

The scope of seasonal yard and landscape cleanups can vary depending on the size of the property.
Spring Yard Cleanups
- Cleanout garden beds of leaves and organic debris.
- Prune any dead or damaged branches on trees and shrubs.
- Re-establish edging around garden beds and lawn edges.
- Plant any new plants or flowers.
- Apply pre-emergents to lawn and garden beds.
- Apply seasonal spring fertilizer to lawn.
- First of the season mowing.
- Install new hardwood mulch in garden beds.
- Sprinkler startup and repair if necessary.
Fall Yard Cleanups
- Cleanout garden beds of leaves and organic debris.
- Leave raking and removal.
- Prune any dead or damaged branches on trees and shrubs.
- Re-establish edging around garden beds and lawn edges.
- Aerate the lawn.
- Apply seasonal fall fertilizer to lawn.
- End of the season mowing.
- Install new hardwood mulch in garden beds.
- Sprinkler system blow-out.

Sam and his team worked diligently on our project. We had them replace weed barrier fabric and install river rocks on our front and back yard beds. They were even able to accommodate us on some last minute changes and additions. The end result was beautiful and a huge improvement for our property.
