The homeowners wanted a complete redesign of their property to improve access, drainage, and overall aesthetics while creating a clean, durable, and long-lasting landscape. The homeowners needed a complete property overhaul that solved functional issues while creating a clean, finished look. The steep grade and poor drainage had caused long-term erosion problems and limited usable space. Our Process
This project required careful coordination between excavation, drainage, and hardscape crews to ensure every structure worked together as one system. Every surface was built to last, from the concrete foundations to the quarried flagstone steps.
Our installation process included:

- Pouring 33 yards of 4000 PSI concrete, forming three walkways, two patios, and a driveway extension
- Installing over 70 quarried 4-foot flagstone steps for stable, natural access across multiple slopes
- Building 50+ tons of boulder retaining walls to stabilize the property and enhance structure
- Laying 90+ tons of 4–10” river stone to support drainage flow and prevent erosion
- Adding decorative masonry work on pillars, garden walls, and the custom mailbox
- Completing fine grading, drainage correction, and lawn preparation for a clean, finished appearance
The combination of hardscape durability and natural materials created a seamless balance between structure and style.
